Please submit your attendee list by August 5th, 2026. Each booth includes up to 4 attendees. You can add up to 2 additional attendees for $250 each. If you need more than 6 attendees, you must purchase another booth. If you have any changes that need to be made to badges, please email laila@americanevents.com prior to the show. Badge requests made the first day of the show may delay us from registering your customers/visitors. Show badges will be delivered to your booth at the show site the morning of the first day. No need for a show pass to move in or setup.

Submit your company profile to be featured in our directory by August 11, 2026. Your profile should not exceed 100 words. We appreciate your cooperation in providing this information promptly and accurately. If you have already done this for past shows, please take a moment to confirm all the information is still correct, especially your company name. Or, log in to the Exhibitor Portal and navigate to the Company Profile to submit your information there.

Advertising is a great way to introduce yourself to new clients. We have many advertising opportunities, such as:

• Banner Ads – Clickable rectangular advertisements at custom locations across the website
• Email Marketing – Reach over 13,000 industry insiders with a custom post on your company
• Show Directory Cover Sponsorship – Advertise your company with your logo and booth number on the front of the physical NW Show Directory
• Show Directory Full Page Ad – Advertise your company in the physical NW Show Directory
• Retractable Banner Ad Placement – Display a large retractable banner at the upcoming shows at the entrance.

Electricity and Additional Services

The Oregon Convention Center utilizes a tiered pricing system, these rates are Advance/Standard/Late. For more information on rates and deadlines please see Page 3 of the Exhibitor Services Pricing PDF. Also, important to mention is that there are two basic types of 120v power installation, Custom Location and Standard Location. Descriptions for each type of order can be found on the main electrical landing page and you may review those details and order which is most suitable for your needs.
