If you do not see your company name and/or booth location, it may not have been confirmed yet. Receiving your booth confirmation is contingent upon your invoice being finalized.
If your invoice is settled and you still do not see your company name/booth number, please reach out here.

Your main contact in your registration should have received an email with a link to our preferred contractor, FERN’s, OneView exhibitor portal. You may log in there to purchase furniture, display racks, additional tables and chairs, as well as flooring.
If you are the main contact on the registration and did not receive your invite, please check your spam as it often ends up there. If you did not receive this, please
contact us and we will resend it.
We are unable to add additional staff to gain access, however the main contact may add additional staff through FERN’s exhibitor portal under the My Team tab.
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own supplies, as long as they fit within your booth and adhere to these policies. Please note, moving equipment is not available for use at the venue, so you will need to rent your own.
Yes, everyone who attends the Materials Show needs to register and receive a badge to enter. Please confirm your company has updated their Attendee List to ensure each of your exhibitors has a badge. We allow up to 4 attendees per booth, any additional attendee incurs a $100 charge. If you have two booths, you are allowed 8 attendees, and so on.
We will have your badges ready at your booth by the morning of the first day of the show. If you need any additions or alterations on site, please visit Exhibitor Registration at the entrance.
Using another person’s badge is prohibited at The Materials Show. If you have arrived at your booth and do not find a badge for you, please visit the registration counter and we will get you registered.
Please contact us directly- we will email you an excel document to fill out and return to us. Please provide 1 week processing time for each batch of requests. Invitation letters are only provided for attending staff of exhibiting suppliers only.
Meeting rooms can be reserved on a 1 or 2 day basis at $1,000 per day. We also offer complimentary use of the meeting rooms on an hourly basis, depending on availability. Please contact us if you are interested in reserving a meeting room.
