The Materials Show – Terms and Conditions for Visitors
1. Admission Policies and Eligibility
· Complimentary Admission: Buyers from sectors including Athletic and Outdoor, Apparel Fashion Brands, High Tech, Medical, and more are eligible for free entry.
· Credential Requirements: A valid business license, business card, company ID, or school ID is required to obtain a show badge. Show badges must always be worn and showing name .
2. Permitted Attendees
· Qualified Industries: The show is open exclusively to trades only; buyers, manufacturers, and developers from sportswear, activewear, fashion apparel, accessories, footwear, automotive, high-tech, medical, military, and design sectors.
· Examples of Participants: Companies like Nike, Adidas, Columbia Sportswear, Microsoft, Apple, Google, Fitbit, and automotive buyers are representative of our attendee base.
3. Student Admission
· Free Access: Students may attend free of charge with a valid school ID.
· Restricted Hours: Students are allowed entry from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM on the first day, and from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM on the second day.
4. General Admission and Pre-Approval
· Approval Required: Individuals not listed in the permitted categories must receive prior approval from show management to attend.
· Force Majeure Clause: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, American Events, Inc. holds no legal or financial liability.
5. Policy for Non-Exhibiting Suppliers
· Admission Fee: Non-exhibiting suppliers, including those providing materials, components, and industry services, consultants and recruiters must pay a fee of $2,000.00 per person.
· No Exceptions: This policy is strictly enforced.
6. Prohibited Activities and Entities
· Restricted Entry: Competitors, trade show organizers, and event planners are not permitted to attend without prior authorization. Visitors with dule purpose (buying?? And soliciting visitors or exhibitors). Promoting other events or competing entities is prohibited.
· Prohibition on Solicitation: Suit-casing—soliciting exhibitors or attendees by non-exhibiting suppliers or others such as, competing industry organizations—is strictly prohibited.
· Examples of Prohibited Entities: Freight forwarders, trend companies, recruiters, media organizations selling ads, and digital platforms, city or state organizations, entities with duel
purpose of promoting other events or businesses without an official invitation are not permitted.
7. Press and Photography Regulations
· Press Badges: Available for editorial members, photographers, and news media personnel.
· Photography Rules: Photography is only permitted with prior approval from show management. Violators will be asked to leave.
8. Management Discretion
· Right to Refuse Admission: American Events Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone or revoke access to maintain the event’s integrity and quality.
9. Updates to Terms and Conditions
· Policy Changes: American Events, Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, with updates communicated promptly.
