Dear NW Materials Show Exhibitors,

We are looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming NW Materials Show, March 1-2, 2023!  Below you will find important information regarding the show including show badges, company profile and advertising in the directory, your booth number and location on the map, the exhibitor kit, client invitations as well as hotel reservations.  If you have any further questions, please reply to this email.

  1.  Badges 

Please submit your show attendees, up to 4 total per booth.  If you have additional attendees, there is an   Additional Attending Exhibitors Fee of $100 per person.  If you have any changes that need to be made to badges, please notify us by email laila@americanevents.com prior to the show.  Changes made the day of delay us from registering show visitors.  Show passes will be delivered to your booth at the show site the morning of the 1st.  No need for a show pass for move in or set up. 

  1.  Company Profile

Submit your company profile to be featured in our directory not to exceed 100 characters by 02/01/2023.  We appreciate your cooperation in providing this information promptly and accurately.  If you have already done this for past shows, please take a moment to confirm all the information is still correct, especially your company name.  

Or, log in to the Exhibitor Portal and navigate to the Company Profile to submit your information there.  

  1. Advertising

Advertising is a great way to introduce yourself to new clients.  We have many advertising opportunities such as; Banner Ads; Clickable rectangular advertisements at custom locations across the website, Email Marketing; Reach over 13,000 industry insiders with a custom post on your company, Show Directory Cover Sponsorship; advertise your company with a half-page takeover of the physical NW Show Directory, Show Directory Full Page Ad; advertise your company in the physical NW Show Directory, Retractable Banner Ad Placement; Display a large retractable banner at the upcoming shows at the entrance.
