NE Materials Show – SoWa Power Station – September 3-4, 2025

Please submit your attendee list by July 25, 2025. Each booth includes up to 4 attendees. You can add up to 2 additional attendees for $200 each. If you need more than 6 attendees, you must purchase another booth. If you have any changes that need to be made to badges, please email laila@americanevents.com prior to the show. Badge requests made the first day of the show may delay us from registering your customers/visitors. Show badges will be delivered to your booth at the show site the morning of the first day. No need for a show pass to move in or setup.
Submit your company profile to be featured in our directory by July 25th, 2025. Your profile should not exceed 100 words. We appreciate your cooperation in providing this information promptly and accurately. If you have already done this for past shows, please take a moment to confirm all the information is still correct, especially your company name.

- Show Directory Cover Sponsorship – advertise your company with your logo and booth number on the front of the physical NE Show Directory
- Show Directory Full Page Ad – advertise your company in the physical NE Show Directory
- Retractable Banner Ad Placement – Display a large retractable banner at the upcoming shows at the entrance.
