Please submit your attendee list by July 25, 2025. Each booth includes up to 4 attendees. You can add up to 2 additional attendees for $200 each. If you need more than 6 attendees, you must purchase another booth.
If you have any changes that need to be made to badges, please email laila@americanevents.com prior to the show. Badge requests made the first day of the show may delay us from registering your customers/visitors.

- If you have more than 1 booth, only 1 booth number may appear in your FERN exhibitor portal account. This is for internal purposes only.

Electricity and Additional Services
The Oregon Convention Center utilizes a tiered pricing system, these rates are Advance/Standard/Late. For more information on rates and deadlines please see Page 3 of the Exhibitor Services Pricing PDF.
There are two basic types of 120v power installation, Custom Location and Standard Location. Descriptions for each type of order can be found on the main electrical landing page and you may review those details and order which is most suitable for your needs.

We are unable to add additional staff to gain access, but the main contact may add more staff through FERN’s exhibitor portal under the “My Team” tab.
Yes, you may bring your own supplies, provided they fit within your booth and adhere to the show policies. Please note that moving equipment is not available for use at the Oregon Convention Center, so you will need to rent your own.

Yes, all attendees need to register and receive a badge. Please confirm your company has updated their Attendee List to ensure each exhibitor has a badge. We allow up to 4 attendees per booth, with an additional charge of $100 per attendee beyond this limit. Two booths allow for 8 attendees, and so on.
No, using someone else’s badge is prohibited. If you arrive and do not find a badge for yourself, please visit the registration counter.
Please contact us directly, and we will email you an Excel document to fill out and return. Please allow 1 week for processing each batch of requests. Invitation letters are only provided for attending staff of exhibiting suppliers.
