Admission Eligibility and Credentials Manufacturers and Students: Admission is complimentary for buyers from sectors like Athletic and Outdoor, Apparel Fashion Brands, High Tech, Medical, etc. Required Credentials: Visitors must provide business credentials (Business License, Business Card, Company or School ID) for a show badge. 2. Permitted Attendees Specific Industries: Only visitors from sportswear, activewear, fashion apparel, accessories, footwear manufacturing, automotive, high-tech, medical, military, and freelance design/development sectors are permitted. Examples: This includes representatives from companies like Nike, New Balance, Adidas, Columbia Sportswear, Reebok, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Fitbit, and automotive buyers. 3. Student Admission Free Entry with Restrictions: Students can enter free but must present a School ID for a badge. Limited Access Times: Students are allowed on the show floor from 1:30-5pm on the first day and 1:30-4pm on the second day. 4. General Admission and Show Management Approval Pre-Approval Requirement: Visitors not mentioned above must obtain permission from show management prior to attendance. Cancellation Clause: In case of cancellation due to Force Majeure, American Events, Inc. bears no legal or financial liability. 5. Non-Exhibiting Supplier Policy Admission Fee: Non-exhibiting suppliers of materials, components, and industry services must pay $1,000.00 per person. Strict Prohibition: No exceptions to this rule. 6. Restrictions on Certain Entities Trade Show Organizers and Event Planners: Attendance is prohibited without prior authorization from American Events Management. Prohibition of Suit-casing: Solicitation by non-exhibiting suppliers is strictly banned. 7. Press and Photography Regulations Press Badges: Available to editorial members of the press, editorial staff, photographers, and news media. Photography & Videography Rules: Photography is not allowed without permission from show management; violators will be asked to leave. 8. Discretionary Admission Management Discretion: American Events Management Team reserves the right to allow or disallow attendance at their discretion, to ensure the event’s integrity and quality. 9.
