To get signed up, you’ll need to fill out the Visitor Registration Form. If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be asked to sign in or register with the website before you can fill out this form.

After registering, we’ll review your account details and upon confirmation, you’ll be able to access the Exhibitor Directory and individual exhibitor profiles. These profiles will contain a short company bio, pictures of the products/services they wish to showcase, contact information, and a new Meeting Maker which will help you coordinate a meeting.

If you’d like to schedule a meeting, simply click the box next to the prompt and a small form will pop up:

Taking time zones into account, you can propose a meeting date & time that may suit both of you. Once you submit a meeting time, you’ll both receive an email with a link to a zoom room. You’ll need to have a Zoom account. If the meeting time does not work for the exhibitor, you’ll be able to reschedule via the email as well.
