American Events Exhibitor Terms and Regulations/Contract
Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors
Booth Package and Assignment
Mandatory booth purchase for exhibitors at each event. Alternative option: Non-exhibiting supplier ticket at $1000.00 per individual.
Booth allocation: First-come, first-served. Priority to previous exhibitors for the same location, reserved for 5 business days post-registration opening.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund available within 5 business days of booth confirmation by American Events, Inc. No refunds post this period.
Shipping and Handling
Vendors bear their shipping costs. American Events, Inc. holds no responsibility for shipping-related expenses or associated issues.
Waiver and Liability
Exhibitors are solely responsible for any losses, damages, or claims related to their activities at the event. Agreement to indemnify the convention center and American Events, Inc.
Compliance and Conduct
Adherence to all relevant laws and regulations required, including intellectual property and health and safety standards.
Intellectual property of others must be respected.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes to be settled amicably or through binding arbitration at a specified location.
Badge Policy and Identity Verification
Mandatory visible badge for each attendee. No badge sharing allowed. Identity checks in place. Non-compliance may lead to event expulsion and future bans.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
American Events, Inc. holds the right to modify terms, with prompt notification to exhibitors.
Additional Attending Exhibitor Badges
Badges non-refundable, transferable with approval. Each booth includes 4 attendees, with an option to add 2 more at $100 each. More than 6 attendees necessitates a second booth purchase.
